An Important Notice to all Layministers!!!
We have been granted permission by the Diocese to resume services at our place of worship on the 13th September 2020.I share with you the "New Ways "- post lockdown.
1)Two services will be held every Sunday @7am and 9am.
2) One Layminister is expected to be on duty per service.
3) Arrive 30 minutes before commencement of services.
4) Prepare 50 wafers per service.(Compulsory to sanitize hands,wear a mask and use designated area for prep of Eucharist.)
5) Communion will be in "One Kind"only(Wafers)
6) Place the following on credence table- Ciborium,Water dispenser,tweezer,basin,hand wash and paper towels for the Priest to wash his hands.
7) Please sanitize lectern after every use.
8) Layminister on duty is expected to perform the duties of both A and B.
9) Designated seating for Layminister opposite Priest.
10) Designated space for Priest to prepare for the Eucharist.(Social distance to be maintained by Lay.
11)Social distance to be maintained during the peace.Please refrain from personal contact you can wave!!!
12)Layminister will receive the tithes/offering box for the blessing .
13)No counting, place box directly in safe after dismissal.
14)After dismissal Priest and Layminister will exit from side directly to Vestry.
