*The Appearance of Jesus. *                                    
Mary Magdalene told the disciples her encounter with Jesus, but they expressed disbelief.              

*Then the Lord appeared to two of the disciples, * who told others about the experience of the Risen Lord, but still they expressed disbelief.       

*The Lord appeared to the eleven, * Jesus rebuked their disbelief. The other two were reports brought to the disciples while the third one is the eleven encountering the Risen Lord.                                   

The aim is to rebuke those who object to the resurrection of Jesus Christ, correcting their lack of faith and stubborn refusal to believe.   

 *Let us pray. *                             

Risen Lord, supply more evidence to arouse our faith. Your victory over all things is ours.
