Today's gospel 
John 3 verses 16-21.

This is such an important and deep reading...we can't begin to imagine how much God loved the world to give his son. His one and only son as a sacrifice. 
Secondly, through our Jesus, he offers us complete salvation from sin and condemnation. 
This was God's purpose to save us from death and hell.
Finally, through our belief in Jesus we are granted eternal life. We have chosen light over darkness.....

Father God thank you for your hope and comfort...thank you for your love..
Thank you for being patient with us. We thank you for letting us choose light over darkness...
