Today's gospel 
Mathew 19 v 3 to 12. 

This reading is beautiful because Jesus ruled out divorce and placed man and woman on the same level. No longer could a man decide upon divorce except for infidelity. So, ultimately divorce is just another form of being unteachable, except for infidelity.

Let us pray 

Father God,  we thank you for Your love and protection. May our lives reflect your character.
Give us wisdom to focus on what is important and to be faithful to Your will. May we be yours totally in words, thought,  and behavior. 
In Jesus' Mighty name we pray,
