Today's gospel 
Luke 6:36-38

We have a text about Jesus' teaching on the importance of showing mercy and forgiveness towards others, rather than judging them.

Jesus warns against judging others, lest we be judged ourselves. The measure we use to judge others will be used to judge us.

Jesus calls us to be merciful, just as our Father is merciful.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, help us to show mercy and forgiveness towards others, just as You have shown mercy and forgiveness towards us. Amen.
