Today's gospel 
John 3 v 16 to 21

REFLECTION 
We may give this reading a title, "we cannot survive spiritually without Jesus."  The question we may ask is that,  how do we apply this rule in our lives? The response is that, it's by acts of faith, trust and commitment which leads to our salvation and eternal life. So to believe in Jesus the way John 3.16 says...., is to truly give our hearts and lives to Jesus. This way gives us hope of eternal life in Heaven. 

Let us pray.

Father God, we pray to you for guidance in our lives that show our belief in you. Lord help us to share your Good News with others. We thank you for your promise of eternal life. Give us strength and courage to face all the challenges in this world. We pray for a deeper understanding of your love.
Amen.
