26.03.24 Today's gospel. John 12:20-36 In the text, Jesus continues to talk about His glorification through the cross. He says the _hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified_. As opposed to what He said in John 2:4 _My hour has not yet come._ His earthly mission of three years has been accomplished. His glorification will be through His death. Glorification here implies the carrying and death on the cross. May God be glorified in our own carrying of the cross. May our suffering reveal something powerful for others to be drawn to God. *Let us pray* Lord Jesus Christ, keep us awake so that we follow you faithfully to the cross. May we be Your true followers today and always. Amen
